How do I cancel my STA Membership?

Membership packages can be purchased by either Direct Debit or by Credit/Debit card. The method on cancelling your membership will all depend on how you currently pay for your package.

Cancellation Instructions for Subscriptions Paid for by Credit / Debit Card

Upon purchasing a membership package by credit / debit card, the fees you have paid cover you up to the Expiry Date shown within the My Membership area of your STA Online account. If you do not wish to continue your membership, no further action is required. Your membership will lapse automatically.

Cancellation Instructions for Subscriptions Paid for by Direct Debit

Upon purchasing a membership package by direct debit, you will be charged on a re-occuring basis (detailed to you upon purchasing the membership package) until cancelled. To cancel your membership, you are required to contact STA who will cancel any future direct debits. Your membership package will still be active for the current period.
