I have an issue regarding a course I am attending

All issues and queries regarding your course you attend should be directed through the Approved Training Centre (ATC) you booked through. Approved Training Centres are not employeed by STA so we are unable to deal with majority of course queries due to your contract being with the ATC and not STA.

Common queries you should contact the ATC for include:

• Delays in receiving your course certificate;
• General queries regarding on course processes and procedures;
• Booking and refund queries;
• Requests for special considerations or reasonable adjustments;
• Making a complaint.
