I haven't received my course completion certificate

As your contract is with the Approved Training Centre (ATC) you undertook the training with, you are required to make contact with them in the first instance.

Reasons why you may have not yet received your course completion certificate include:

1. You have not yet completed all course pre-requisites.
2. Course results have not yet been entered and submitted electronically to STA for processing. Approved Training Centres (ATC) have 10 working days from the end date of the course to submit results to STA for processing.
3. Course results have been selected for moderation. This is a regulatory requirement where STA may be required to moderate course paperwork to ensure the course you attended ran to agreed standards. STA has 10 working days from the date course paperwork was submitted by the ATC to process the moderation. Certificates will be released, and you will receive notification via email, once moderation is completed, providing moderation checks are successfully passed. If there are any additional information required by STA which may be affecting the release of your certificate, the ATC you undertook your course with will be contact with further instructions.  
4. You have created a duplicate STA Online account which is not linked to your record which holds your course results. In this case, please contact STA.
