My order hasn't arrived, who can I contact?

Article Summary

The majority of orders placed with STA are despatched within 24 hours, by recorded delivery. Depending on the contact information we hold for you, you will receive the following communications keeping you up to date on your delivery:

  • An email from STA advising your order has been despatched;
  • An email / text from the courier delivering your parcel advising they have your parcel and is being processed for delivery;
  • An email / text from the courier delivering your parcel advising the parcel is out for delivery.

Our courier partners provide tools which allow you to edit your delivery preferences. Please follow the relevant information provided within their communications on how to do this.

Your parcel may be returned to STA if there are three failed deliveries. Further charges may be incurred by you if this is the case to cover the costs on re-delivering your parcel.

Not Received Notification of Delivery?
If you haven't received any communication from STA on the despatch of your parcel within 2 working days of placing your order please contact STA.
