When placing an order I am receiving the error message 'Restricted Purchase'

Some products available to purchase within STA's Swim Shop are restricted to certain customers. An example of this would be the purchase of a polo t-shirt which has 'Tutor' embroidery.

Upon purchasing a product which has restrictions, you may be presented with the following notice. In this instance, please log into your (or register for a) STA Online account so STA can ensure you are eligible to purchase the product.

If, upon logging into your (or creating a new) STA Online account, you get presented with the following notice, it may be due to you not being eligible to purchase the product due to your current status with STA. If you believe this to be incorrect, please contact STA who can assist you further.
