How can I update my personal information with STA?

It is important to keep STA up to date when your personal information changes, for the following reasons:

• To ensure you continue to receive communications;
• To enable any insurance policies you may have to remain valid;
• To minimise requests for your STA reference number when interacting with products and services.

You can change / update the following personal information with STA:

• Address;
• Telephone number(s);
• Email address;
• Protected characteristics (such as gender and disability status).

You can change / update your information via your STA Online account:

1. Log into (or register for) your STA Online account;
2. Click My Details under the My Profile menu option;
3. Update the necessary details;
4. Click Save.
